The German Club at CHS is a cultural club, which promotes and participates in German cultural and community events. German Club puts on Oktoberfest for the entire student body, goes caroling in the winter at Senior Homes in the community, teaches Elementary School students German words and German culture at various International Days at our local Elementary schools and participates in German cultural events, such as exhibits at the Claremont Colleges or concerts and plays. German Club is open to all students. Students of German are highly encouraged to attend, and will earn extra credit for participation. German Club meets once to twice monthly during lunch in room 811 on Wednesdays.
